No18 Co-Working Atlanta

No18 is a cosmopolitan members’ club where co-working meets a residential atmosphere, inspired by the hospitality business with a unique eclectic aesthetic. Founded in Stockholm, Sweden in 2012, No18 is a part of IWG and steadily expanding worldwide with new locations in Asia, North America and Europe. Stylt has worked with No18 projects in Atlanta, Chicago, Helsinki, Singapore, Amsterdam, Zurich, London, Ghent, etc., creating a beautiful fusion of business and leisure, elegance and open-heartedness, health and seduction.

Our involvement started towards the end of this project with construction already underway. In my role as lead designer, I coordinated work with our design team in close collaboration with the clients and our project manager. My solutions oriented role in Atlanta included space planning, furniture plans, finalizing furniture and finishes, artwork and local props procurement, culminating in an on-site styling visit. My knowledge of Imperial measurement and zoning/permitting in America was an asset.

Strong bonds and trust were formed with the client and we continued to work closely together through a merger with UK based IWG, later successfully designing and opening further No18 locations. During this time we also established a working relationship with a vintage art and furniture dealer to develop a circular procurement of art, rugs, props, lamps and furniture.
